PRIVACY STATEMENT


WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION? 

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, mobile number and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

DISCLOSURE

PAYMENT

We use Razorpay, Paytm Wallet and Pay With Amazon (PWA) for processing payments. Razorpay does not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Razorpay payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your course must be mostly unused. It will be considered on a case to case basis.

Generally, courses, being software products cannot be refunded as they have already been delivered and used by the user.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your refund, we require a receipt and verification details.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Suppose you want to change the course you purchased. Example. You purchased a Beginner course but in 15 days you want to buy a full course, we can adjust your payment and you may pay the balance amount. Contact us for the same, we ill send you a discount voucher.

Gifts

Gift certificates cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
